Began his career at a south Manchester estate agency in the early 1990s before taking over an existing business and developing it into the McGowan homes of today. Jonathan conducts all of the sales valuations and has a wealth of experience in the Middleton and surrounding areas. He has also been a local resident in the Middleton/Alkrington area since 1992.

Catherine McGowan - Director
Our in-house domestic energy assessor conducts all of the energy performance certificates for our clients. Catherine also creates the details for our professionally printed brochures and floorplans. She also manages our own website and the Rightmove/On The Market data feeds.
