Selling your property
All market appraisals carried out by McGowan Homes are undertaken by the Managing Director Jonathan McGowan. Prior to visiting your property similar properties in the area will have been fully researched and comparables will be produced for discussion.
During the appraisal we will discuss the asking price and our terms of business for acting in the sale. Once instructed to proceed you will receive written confirmation of the above along with carefully prepared sales particulars including measurements, photographs and floorplans.
An energy performance certificate (EPC) will be arranged if required by our in house domestic energy assessor.
